A member of our staff tested positive for COVID-19 in late October. Thankfully he is better and all our other staff has tested negative, but we’re all under quarantine through the first week of November. Rather than reopening, we have decided to remain closed for the season.
It was a tough decision to make, but given the increasing number of cases in Maine, staying closed seems like the prudent thing to do. We think it is a positive sign that the virus didn't spread among our staff. All staff being vigilant about mask wearing and hand washing kept everyone safe.
We look forward to reopening in the spring.
